Worst Ryder shop ever. Slow no communication and they don’t care about the customers schedule

I came here with ryder truck for ABS sensor change after 1 hr they said we don’t have part.Ryder needs to spend money for this location. Customer waiting room was dirty even looks like not for customer. You can see on picture. They don’t let you wait in your truck which is understandable as long as they have room for customer. Mechanic works on your truck then work on fuel pump. Other mechanic just walked around. Waste of time

Best shop around. Especially the fuel lane attendant Christopher he is always excited to see you and greets you with open arms. The manager James Ortiz Hernandez is awesome and he makes the best tamales around. Matt is the best tech ryder has and he looks good in a tank top. Jason hmm Jason's ok.
